A. Goldie Palooza 2018 will be set up with a "Golden Village" in Huntington Beach Central Park, near the corner of Goldenwest Street and Slater Avenue.

Q. Where can I park?

A. Free parking will be available near the Huntington Beach Central Library. It will take about 10 minutes to walk from this parking area to Goldie Palooza's Golden Village. Metered parking will also be available at the Huntington Beach Sports Complex across Talbert Avenue from the Huntington Beach Central Library. If you have people in your party or have a pet unable to walk the distance to Golden Village, please contact SoCal Golden Retriever Buddies in advance so that we can assist you.

A. No, please do not park in the restaurant's lot.

Q. If I've pre-registered, how will I get into Goldie Palooza?

A. Please sign-in and get your hand stamped at the registration tables for admittance to Goldie Palooza. There will be more registration tables this year, so your wait should be minimal.

A. You will need to pay cash at the registration tables. But you are strongly encouraged to pre-register and pay online to reduce your wait time.

Q. If I don't have a golden, can I still attend?

A. Yes, we welcome all golden lovers. Please register to join us!

Q. Can I bring my dog who is not a golden?

A. Absolutely! All breeds are welcome, as long as the dog is not aggressive, not in heat or does not have a contagious illness, and their owner is registered to attend Goldie Palooza 2018. All dogs must be on leash, under control and supervised at all times.

Q. What should I bring to Goldie Palooza?

A. Pack sufficient poop bags for each of your dogs, and water for yourself and your dog(s). Also, you'll want to have cash for vendors (although most will take credit cards), raffle tickets and other goodies for your pups. If it's a sunny day, don't forget a hat and sunscreen. You may also wish to bring a blanket or chairs if you plan to stay for a few hours. And come camera-ready for photos with your golden!
